Horrible customer service. Cancelled a prebooked appointment for a birthday 2 hours prior to the meeting time, and we had to call them to figure this out. When asked to remedy the situation, the response was "It's out of our hands." No, you as a business should be professional enough to have your appointments notified prior to, or covered. You did neither. Spoke to CEO Joe, who was less helpful than his employee. No respect for customers. No respect for people's time.

I absolutely do not reccomend giving this business, your business. There's animal parks within the same vicinity, give those your money. If you do choose to prebook with these people, be forewarned of the complete unprofessionalism and lack of follow through.
