Company is not a physical firm. It is people in it who make it a company. So treat everyone with courtesy & respect. You may earn millions but not respect if you don't give it at the first point. No receptionist to address in the front office. No enough waiting room to sit. No physical name of the company on the building. May be they are saving the tax. Providing jobs to many. Good, but make them happy as well. People work there just for the sake that they have to. Very dark and silent at nights in ground floor. Hard to located the company.
