BEWARE!

STAY AWAY! THE CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED PROGRAM is a SCAM!

This has been the WORST experience of my life! They MADE MY WIFE CRY in the dealership!

Two years ago, we purchased a CERTIFIED Pre-Owned car from BMW of Nashville - along with the Extended Warranty they at their suggestion.

Last week, BMW of Nashville ADMITTED:

- They'd uncovered that our car had been repaired before we purchased it
- The repairs were not uncovered during BMW's Certification process
- These repairs were NOT disclosed to us before purchase
- These undisclosed repairs caused have $5k in water damage to our car
- The water damages WAS NOT OUR FAULT

However, the Extended Warranty wouldn't cover our costs because the damages were caused by PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS!!!!

BMW of Nashville then told us that they would not cover the costs unless we could PROVE that the damages were caused by the pre-existing conditions! Their Service Manager, Michael Janca, literally looked at my wife and I in the dealership and said "CAN YOU PROVE IT?!?!"

BMW of NASHVILLE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR PROMISES!

DON"T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
