I paid for this product in full in October 2017 on the understanding that it would be shipped in 2018. Since then there has been minimal communication and constant delays. Now that I have asked for a refund, I have had no response. Now I have no need for the product as I have had PowerPal installed free under government subsidy. Worst crowdfunding project I have supported. Avoid!
Follow-up: After I wrote this review, the company got in contact and refunded in full. I was also asked to retract my review, which I'm not entirely happy with. I've raised my rating from 1 star on the basis of being refunded, but I don't think this is a great way to treat the customers who crowdfunded this product.
