Hello, my name is Yash Ravindra Bhoyar. I m a first-class post-graduate mechanical engineer from YCCE College, An Autonomous, Nagpur. I was a lecturer at G.H Raisoni for six months during the span of the M.tech final year project. After the post-graduation, I was hunting for a job everywhere as I had a passion to work with Automotive industry in my mind. I came across many interviews but I couldn t succeed. After trying many interviews, I got selected in Panatech Asia.
Over time, I realized that I must require some skill which will make me more productive. I got to know about IKSC from one of my friends Mr. Vinay Srivastava and I took the help of IKSC. Coming at IKSC, I came across Psychometric test-driven by NASA at IKSC which was a game-changer for me and it helped me to change my theoretical ability and skills. There are two sections in the result of the Psychometric test i.e. DISC and Workplace. These helped me a lot in all aspects like future career planning and towards self-growth. I discussed it with Dr. Atul Sir. Sir assigned me the CAE Crash domain. After the discussion with Dr. Atul Sir, regarding all career perspective, I felt that why I had been delayed to join IKSC. Then, IKSC offered me various engineering software, domain knowledge, communication skills, and soft skills.
I started IKSC by evening batch while working with Panatech. After joining IKSC, I have gone through various seminars, activities, daily meetings and interactions with industry experts, and self-learning. And also Atul Sir s motivational and technical session helps to keep us on the learning track. It s been more than two years, I m still pursuing and gaining knowledge from IKSC. Whatever I gained skills through IKSC, It helps me to grow myself in the current organization in all career aspirations. And I pretty built my expertise in 2D, 3D meshing and connections, joints by using the Hypermesh. I can build a complete vehicle model, subsystems of the vehicle. I have used LsDyna for solving linear, non-linear problems. Few CAE projects to mentioned are like luggage retention test, side-impact, Seat testing as per AIS023 and Seat Anchorage test, well-executed successfully to achieve improvements in existing products.
IKSC is 100% for learning to learn.
We should recommend IKSC to every student.
Through my reference, I have shown IKSC s path to my post-graduation friends and family friends. Also, we can conduct a session about what IKSC can offer at different engineering colleges.
Surely we can say make in India.
