The people are what make this theater experience miserable. I will not get in to the details here, but the individuals working the events are unprofessional and rude. They showed an immeasurable amount of disrespect to my mother of nearly 80. If you want to obtain repeat customers and good word of mouth, then perhaps some personnel training on how to interact with people while maintaining a modicum of respect and kindness would go a long way. My family and I will never be going back. Beautiful theater, ugly people.
