MouseCalls gave me the security and confidence to turn my computer over to them for a mucn-needed upgrade. It was the kind of confidence I don't have with the other big-name computer repair companies provided through my place of purchase. They were so personable and I never even had to get in my car. They came and picked up my computer and then delivered it when the work was completed, hence their awesome name MouseCalls!

When it's time to replace my computer, I plan to use them because they will not only make recommendations that are more knowledgeable based on my needs than a sales person at a big box store, they will also help with the transition from an old computer to a new one. Having previously had to go through that process alone during my last computer purchase, I can tell you want a pain and headache that is to try to do on your own. Now that I've discovered MouseCalls I won't have to do that again.

And the upgrade they did for me in this first experience with them is awesome. My 3-year-old computer is running better than it did the day I bought it!

A word of advice, MouseCalls responds quicker to emails than to phone calls, so when communicating with them use email (even if you're more of a phone person).
