Diane came out to our school in Montbello to lead a restorative yoga class with our teachers and staff. The class was excellent, it was modified every step of the way to be more accessible and made space for our staff to be still- which never happens in education! Scheduling with Mile High Fitness was easy and the whole experience went off without a hitch. We will definitely be asking Mile High (and Diane!) back to our building.
