We had a terrible and highly unprofessional experince wtih Poseidon Pools with the opening of our pool this year. We scheduled our opening date for the week before Memorial weekend when we closed our pool with them last October of 2015. I confirmed this date again this spring with Jackie a couple months before opening and was assured I would receive a call the week before for a day we were to get open. When I did not receive a call that week I called on the Monday, May 23rd at 2PM and spoke with Jackie. I was told they COULD NOT open my pool this week and couldn't open it for another 3 weeks!!! She said weather was an issue and I asked why I was not notified long before this date as I had no other options to get my pool open. She said she had 25-30 other customers to call that day also to tell them the bad news. This is VERY Unprofessional. I asked of Chip, the owner, to call me that day and he has not called to this day, which is June 5th! i will NEVER use this company again and highly recommend them as a "bad choice" with the poor service and horrible communication!
My husband and I stand by all the statements above and have reported them to the Better Busienss Bureau!!!
