We stayed in a family apartment for 5 nights recently. The apartment was very comfortable, although we were disappointed by several things. Firstly the apartment was very dirty, the oven was so filthy we had to clean it before we could use it. The carpet was filthy, stained and had used bandaids on the floor.
We also had an issue with the wifi, and when we complained we were given a very poor response from the reception staff who basically pretended there were no issues. On the 4 th day of our visit a sign came up to say the wifi was out, so for the whole stay we had no access to wifi at all.
We had a tv that also did not work, and after asking 3 times at reception( including asking to speak to a manager, of which the reception refused the request to speak to the manager) on the 3 rd day it was replaced.
The location is fantastic, but that s where it ends....
