I first went to Active Life & Sports in Perry Hall...

I first went to Active Life & Sports in Perry Hall about 12 years ago, because I heard one of the therapists could cure vertigo problems. At the time, I was having severe vertigo issues and figured I had nothing to lose. Was I ever surprised! Michael Wah was the physical therapist, and after spending approximately 40 minutes or so with him, he actually cured me. Over the past two years, I have gone for physical therapy at Active Life & Sports to recover from a total knee replacement and after rotator cuff surgery. After both surgeries, I had Ian Sikora and Joe Palmer as my physical therapists. Both are extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. Through various massages and exercises, I was able to recover ahead of schedule both times. I asked both Ian & Joe to push me harder, as I wanted to recover faster. They did, but within reason. They both were very concerned with overdoing the therapy, so as to not re-injure myself. It seemed there was an infinite number of exercises and stretches designed to address the specific body part I was working on. The PT Techs they have to warm you up and get you started, were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The facility has individual rooms, for privacy, and lots of equipment on the main floor and in the back for every condition. Over the years, I have used other physical therapists for a variety of reasons, and none of them come close to Active Life & Sports. I highly recommend them.
