I've dreamed of working at Microsoft for years but...

I've dreamed of working at Microsoft for years but have never visited. I'm training in User Experience design. I used the makeup- face-something app station, the computer kept crashing and giving me a error message.... which caused me to move on quickly to the next display. Also, the paint station, the pens were not working on the screen at all, I even heard some employees trying it and saying, "This pen sucks!". The app was also boring, there were not many options to be creative, even as a sample. I didn't get a clear understanding of what you even use the app for. Microsoft,.... this is embarrassing.... in your own campus, your own computers are crashing? How many coders have you hired on campus? The company lacks a great user experience. The coder to designer ratio should be equal at least. The usability of a product is EXTREMELY important. We live in a generation where people are busy and impatient, no one will wait for your mistakes....
