I wouldn't go back here. 2 years ago I took my dog here because she had a bone stuck in her oesophagus. The place is very sterile and unwelcoming. The tests that they wanted to run on her seemed exorbitant and unnecessary considering she had a bone stuck - it seemed a lot like trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I found the service painfully slow at times and ended up taking my dog away and travelling to Guelph to get the bone removed. There was no follow up afterwards and overall I would say the experience was very poor. I didn't feel like they had our best interest in mind.

I have since been at another Emergency Vet in Newmarket and the experience was like night and day (thus my reason for reviewing this clinic), the clinic was clean, modern - yet welcoming and friendly. Staff were super friendly and understanding and although of course I expect emergency vets to be expensive, I didn't feel like I was getting taken to the cleaners and all my options were laid out for me.

In short - if you take your pet here - I find the street name to be a very true Omen - Journey's End.
