ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! We waited 4 hours, yes 4 hours in line. It was absolutely ridiculous and not worth is at all. by the time it was our turn to go in, I just wanted it to be over with, just walked through and wasn't scared at all. they have no organization whatsoever. If I could give it less then 1 star I would.

I am absolutely no exaggerating and would not lie on my review, we got to the asylum at 8:45 and got into the asylum at 1am, you do the math.

I also think it s ridiculous that instead of apologizing they have the audacity of calling me a liar and labeling me disorganized. We asked various workers how much longer the wait would be and they all said they didn t know, one of the workers even agreed with us when we said that it was disorganized. Very disrespectful, obviously the person replying has never worked a day in customer service.

Unfortunately I could not just go another day. We planned that specifically a month in advance, because I have a daughter and we had to get a babysitter. Your right I didn t have to wait in the line. But I can definitely let everyone know how crappy your customer service is and make sure none of my family and friends ever go.

PS. Please take some customer service classes and learn to be more respectful.
