This is one property I will NEVER stay at again. My wife and I stayed here on 7/30/16 and our stay was bad from check in to check out. We arrived at about 3pm a little before check in. I pull up to the valet stand and after being completely ignored by both valet staff for about 10-15 minutes I went and self parked. We went in and our room was not ready so we stored our luggage and went and walked around duval st. Waiting on Cassidy to call and let us know our room was ready(which wasn't until after 4:30). Finally our room is ready, we can go shower and get ready for the evening ahead. We get to our room which was poolside only to find 2 queen beds. I called right away and I was told that they didn't have any other rooms and Robert (manager on duty) said he could refund our stay. Well that would have been a good resolution if they would have refunded us when we arrived at 3pm. It's now 5pm and the other hotel we were considering staying at was full now. Robert apologized and said he would send some in room amenities (which he never did) the next day we checked out and had to have them encode our key to open the parking garage. They didn't encode the key so I had to walk back inside the hotel you've them open the garage to get our car out. It was a joke, if you want to be treated like you don't matter this is the place for you. If you want exceptional customer service I recommend staying somewhere else. The staff at this resort is better suited for holiday inn. It's in a tourist area so they know they can treat people bad and never see them again. I actually live in Florida though and have a lot of friends and family who visit key west a few times a year. I will make sure to inform everyone about my stay and hope they don't experience it for themselves.
