Life Time took money from my account when they should not have and then made it my problem. All I needed was an apology and refund and never received the apology. When I went in to cancel, the managers refused to meet with me and will not let me cancel until the following month. I would highly recommend NOT joining this club as once they have your bank account, they do not care about working with members and take zero accountability.
