This is about their service, not about sales. Bad customer service.
I have a Honda from CarSense and since I had warranty with CarSense, I always went there for service, but now that I got a safety recall, I had to go to Honda dealer.
I want to give them one star, but since they were done quickly, I'm giving them two.
When I made the appointment, they told me this will take all day long. Two recalls, both take about 3-4 hours. I couldn't arrange a ride, so I told them I would wait there all day. No one told me about their shuttle service.
My friend told me most dealership has shuttle service, so I called them to ask the day before the appointment and confirmed that I could get a ride.
The day of the service, Mark told me I won't get the car back till 4 because the appointment was yesterday, not today. I told him that wasn't true, but he didn't say sorry, and actually talked as if he was doing a huge favor for me to get my car in. I didn't feel like I was treated as a valued customer. Yesterday, I had a staff retreat at work that was planned 7 months ago and I had to take today off to get the car work done. The appointment was not yesterday.
Their shuttle, which I was told that starting from 8 a.m., two shuttles will come and go every 30 min., wasn't available at 8:30 or 9.
At 9:20, someone else from service called my cell while I was sitting in their waiting room. My car was done despite the fact I was told twice that it was going to be an all day job. I feel like I'm lied to twice, but at least I got the car quickly and thankfully before I got on the shuttle.
If there is any other safety recall from Honda, I'm not going to this one.
