I know people go sort of bananas for this place, but I don't get it. Never really understood it with Bleeding Heart, either, if I'm to be honest. Stopped in late at night after dinner for some baked goods and were debating buying a couple of doughnuts for the morning. The clerk assured us they were just baked and would be great in the morning. But neither my wife nor I enjoyed the doughnuts we had the next morning -- kind of tasteless, way too heavy and definitely a bit stale. I know the cake balls receive a lot of attention here, but I still think cake balls, in general, are a dumb idea, so that end of the business isn't about to do it for me.
