I'm pretty disappointed. We used to rely on John Moore for everything. Their pricing has gone up tremendously, and the last estimate we received was about 4X's more expensive than other comparable companies. Quality and integrity has been replaced by price gouging. Hopefully they shift their focus and go back to being a dependable company with great value.
