I was charged a $69.00 service call. I thought you didn't pay for the technician to come out and diagnose the situation. Pete said I needed a capacitor and 18 ducts cleaned. The price changed three times. He tried to make it seem like l was misunderstanding but I was writing down every price he quoted. I ended up paying $1,839. I know I was over charged. The technician was focused on pushing a membership down my throat. I have used John Moore in the past and have trusted their honesty. However, this was the first time I questioned their integrity. I wished I would have gotten a second opinion. Pete was nice and respectful but l know l was overcharged.
