Katie Paige was the midwife on call who delivered my baby girl last month, and she was amazing! Stayed by my side for hours (I think I got lucky because no one else was in active labor at 10 in the morning) and respected my birth plan. She (and most of the other midwives I met with) are very in tune with natural unmedicated births, which was really important to me. It's hard to find knowledgable support these days for non-epidural births, but Katie was up to date on labor comfort techniques and was super helpful and encouraging. If I had any suggestions, it would be to change their method of confirming identity when checking in. They ask for your phone number and address, and I'm not that comfortable with announcing it in front of strangers hanging out in the waiting room. Small suggestion; otherwise, I definitely recommend them!
