Jeremy was a upbeat, congenial voice, seemed very knowledgeable and was helpful. I would recommend him with one caveat, do not argue with your client on the phone when they are giving you their experiences with the healthcare system. A person can still be denied insurance. The law may say no one is, but if you are of a certain age and unable to get a job due the market you are in, you can be denied because you are not "paying taxes". I have had to pull from my savings, pay my taxes on it when I do, both state and federal, but still get denied. The system has not been refined enough yet to cover exception to the rule situations. Otherwise, Jeremy was very professional.
