Unfortunately I made a big mistake by starting a business account with Bunq.
After opening my business account and depositing money on it, it was impossible to make payments or to pin. Of course, the costs of the business subscription have simply been written off, but this turns out to be possible.
I have been talking to the Bunq support for 2 weeks now which is of no use at all, I have already been told 4 times that my problem has been solved. I also have to verify every 2 days by sending a driver's license / passport photo, it seems totally unnecessary to me, but this seems to be an error in the app.
Since the update of the Bunq app nothing works, it seems like they don't even test the updates because I read so many complaints ...

I do not recommend anyone to work with Bunq.

Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I still have no access to my own money, I cannot pin and I have to verify every 2 days. Support is dramatic as this can only be done via chat.
I will switch to another bank as soon as possible!
