They offer additional holiday payouts to give drivers incentive to run during peak holiday season. Then when it comes close to the time of pay out, they intentionally schedule a load with an impossible delivery date so that when you are forced to reschedule, they use that as a reason take away your holiday payout (even though they only specify 2 requirements: to run the full holiday period without refusing any load). This is a VERY sneaky and dishonest company. They are always looking to make an extra buck at the expense of their drivers. Don t let their nice recruiting staff fool you. The Vice President of this company is making decisions that impact drivers but he has never even had a CDL license! They will run a driver to the point of exhaustion then act like you are a POS when you ask to be treated fairly. They refuse to maintain their trucks within DOT safety standards, leaving their drivers susceptible to delays and penalties which they refuse any compensation for. When they decide they ve had enough of you speaking up for yourself, they will let you sit for days without a load. They will lie to you about having no available loads in your current area so that they can route you back to a terminal. Then they finally tell you that you re fired once they have their truck back. Then, when it s time for you to get home they MIGHT give you a bus ticket, but leave you without any compensation for the luggage fees. If you want to run yourself ragged and then have your money taken from you then be fired when you finally speak up for yourself, then this is the place for you! Otherwise you may want to completely STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
