In looks, the hotel is beautiful. And in treatment of Spire Elite IHG members, we felt very welcomed. But that's where the love ends. Some of the staff seemed uninteredted in helping or only helped with an attitude. There needs to be additional systems training for sure. I asked for Concierge help and was told how to do it myself. The pool area is not family friendly and there were no towels available for over an hour. Overall, the stay was ok but there are other properties close by with better amenities and better customer service. We won't be staying again.
