The Phoenix Effect is a challenging and fun workout! Rachel taught an energetic class that incorporated both cardio and strength training, not to mention a fire playlist! I love having a circuit based class so that you are constantly mixing it up and working different muscle groups; all exercises can be modified too for different levels of experience. Overall a great gym with a lot to offer!
