Worst Swiss hotel ever.
First room we had the aircon didn't work and it smelled like cigarette smoke coming from ventilation intake in the bathroom. Next day we got another room. Same cigarette smell problem and no aircon at all. Plus this time the coffee maker wasn't working, so no coffee. After telling the receptionist, he told us he'd bring coffee. Never anybody showed up. Sheets were dirty and room was dusty in general.
Avoid this place at all cost!
