I ordered a hood, after having a discussion on facebook messenger with a representative of the store. I asked him about the hood if it comes with two filters or one, a picture with the hood that only had one filter appears on the site, I receive a picture with the hood that has two filters, the ones from Ideall modify the picture on the site with the hood, thus a hood with two filters appears. After this discussion in which I receive confirmation that the hood has two filters, I order online payment. After 5 days I receive the hood, when I get home and open the box, surprise, the hood has a single fat filter. I take the contact on the Facebook messenger with the representative of the store describing the problem and he treats me with a negative attitude (for example: Now, honestly, what is the difference or the disadvantage of having a big sieve or two smaller ones?). Cam, no matter what you ordered, it is important that you receive something.
I decide to return the product, request that the transport be paid by the store since it is their fault, but for nothing .... Until finally I made the return, I paid the transport, and I was left with a bitter taste.
The Customer Relations Department leaves much to be desired. Honestly, if I detail the entire discussion on the Facebook messenger with the store representative, I would change the customers' opinion about the store, a situation they do not want, maybe I just had a negative experience with this store, and maybe not all the employees are guilty.
I honestly do not recommend the shop !!!
PS - I added the picture with the ordered product and the picture with the received product ...
