I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from Joyce Koons Buick GMC. Derek was very helpful and ensured that I got the vehicle that I wanted with all the options I wanted.

They offer a great program of free lifetime inspections; however, because it's approximately a 70 mile round trip for me, I believe it will be more cost effective to have the them performed in the area in which I live and pay the fee.

Derek also went the extra mile for me. About half-way home I realized that I had left a CD in my trade-in. I immediately contacted him to see if he would retrieve it and possibly mail it to me. That he did. I received it yesterday.

It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership as well as Derek. Keep up the good work.
