Very poor Customer Service and SS Sink quality. I purchased a Drop-in 31 Kindred 20-gauge SS Single-bowl sink to replace my old 2-bowl sink, paid a plumber a ton of money to install it, and within 2 weeks (not kidding) of installing and using the sink i noticed a dent in it. I hadn t used any cast-iron pans or heavy pots and pans and yet this sink has managed to get dented in two weeks of use.

I spoke with Kindred's Customer Support person on the phone and they were completely unhelpful and a bit rude. I then emailed them the photos as requested and they emailed back saying that something must have been dropped and that's its all my fault, and then didn't even bother to reply to my second email reply.

I've owned various sinks for over 20 years and I've never had one that dented and scratched this easily , especially within two weeks of installation. The value of this sink seems to be the mirror finish and not the quality of the material or strength of the sink which seems to dent so easily.

I would've even paid to upgrade to a higher 18-gauge sink but they didn't even bother to reply back to my second email.

STAY AWAY FROM KINDRED SINKS, THEY ARE CHEAP and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND AWFUL !!
