I was frustrated with the service. No real human to talk to. Delivery is not reliable, no definite time frame!! If a person really needs their part to come in a timely manner, I would suggest they don't order from rockauto. What the delivery of parts says is not true. Furthermore; I had to pay for the delivery and it's not worth it.
