I've been a regular customer for a couple of month...

I've been a regular customer for a couple of months now. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They're there to help you style the perfect outfit or if you just want to browse they'll leave you alone and have you look around on your own. The customer service experience outside the store is lacking though. I've had a shirt altered by their seamstress and the turn around time for it took about 2 weeks. In my opinion that's a long turn around time that should've been presented up front. I paid $10 for it to be shipped back to my place of residence which is also over priced considering priority shipping is $7 for a small flat rate box. I ended up in town when it was ready so I picked it up instead. I didn't mention that I had already paid $10 for it to be shipped back to me. I just let that go. That 2 week turn around time was only for the tailoring. It would've been closer to 3 weeks had I waited for it to be shipped. I had also tried on a white dress at the store but I noticed it had brown markings on it. They said they would have it dry cleaned and shipped to me free of charge which is great. The turn around time was about the same for the first item and I received it about 3 weeks later. The dress arrived with the same markings it had as when I tried it on in the store. I have great experiences in the store with the staff but it seems like once you purchase the item they don't seem to care about your experience afterwards. Communication is lacking. The turnaround time for tailoring and shipping should be stated up front and the dress should've been checked after the dry cleaning to see if the stain was still there or not. They should've communicated to me that the markings were still on the dress before shipping the product. Dissatisfied with the customer service after leaving the store.
