Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Great view of the beach.Room was nice but not convinced it would be classed as Executive as there was no robes/slippers and no chocolates as promised .Few issues with toilet seats loose..toilet holder loose..1 of the 2 bathroom lights not working...but once we informed
reception ,it was promptly sorted. VERY concerned thought that room doors do not close after you.We went out only to come back to our door ajar.Anyone could have gone in.We observed several other doors ajar on our floor also. Any of these rooms could have been robbed.we brought this to attention of receptionist but she shrugged it off saying they don't close automatically.For fire safety regulations alone...this is breaking the law.Doors must close automatically!
Staff in breakfast room were first class...cannot fault them..especially Kasia who was so warm and friendly. She is a great addition. Also the lady as you enter for breakfast...short hair and glasses.. lovely friendly lady.
One thing I must say thought...the younger Male staff could do with staff training. Very evident that they lack training and how to serve people. On both nights, we had to keep asking to be served .
Lovely girl also in pool area.
