The resort was clean and there was always staff working on cleaning something through out the day. (Clearing the seaweed off the beach, cleaning the bathrooms regularly, staff cleaning the pool, etc.) The staff is on top of things here! The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and mosquito free. Pool was refreshing and relaxing! Good food and drinks!! There is always something to eat. Every person on the entertainment team was amazing!! They made everything so so fun! Shout out to Marena and Arturo for constantly making us laugh, smile, and being so awesome! Their energy was always up and they were great at getting guests involved in the games and contests. Every staff member, whether it be the awesome entertainment team, the pool bartenders, the wait staff- every person was kind and friendly! Thank you Ocean Maya Team! Every night there is a show or event to watch and enjoy after dinner. Recommendations: Participate in the games by the pool, do the sushi class, t shirt painting, and other activities! Do the jet ski and snorkel combo, get a relaxing massage, paint pottery, do the lagoon tour with the ocean maya team member. There s always something to eat, drink, activity, game, or just an amazing spot to relax. I highly recommend Ocean Maya!
