Sam from A#1 Air was just out and quickly isolated the issue with my heating unit. After replacing the flame unit, the heater is once again working great. Sam was a pleasure to talk to. He did a great job explaining what was happening and why. He was very professional and I was glad to have met him. Thank you Sam and A#1 Air!!
