We have recently moved into one of your senior apartments and have had to downsize from a 6 bedroom house to a one bedroom suite. The transition to move here has been pretty good, however, we, along with others in the building, have been concerned about the construction of the units. We have expressed this concern to the apartment association. What will enable the problems to be remedied????? We have a cupboard drawer that doesn't open because of the dishwasher. Poor design. Cupboard door handles that are not secured solidly. And the most inconvenient problem we have encountered is all of the bifold doors in our three closets either are off track and are difficult to close or do not close at all because they are too big for the closet. We find it difficult to understand why any contractor that has a pride of his workmanship would install these items and leave them in that condition. Certainly you would not want the name of your company to be attached to this type of construction.
