5 seats were reserved and paid in advance, but on arrival at the theater, there were only 4 of the 5 seats reserved.
The explanation given: none.
Some people told us that sometimes the seats were resold if they were not recovered a few minutes before the start of the performance (we actually arrived with 7 minutes late).
The place reserved and paid has not been refunded.
