refused to reimburse a stay in amsterdam that was cancelled saying that "could not identify the cancellation" vi internet, and hotel Cityden amsterdam has already charged you. zero respect for the consumer after 10 years booking flights and holidays. 850 eur stolen from the consumer. honestly, this is peanuts for expedia but meant a fair amount of money to me.
