I brought in a laptop that would not connect to wireless. I had spent several hours downloading drivers etc to no avail. Within 10 minutes Lucas and Paul had found the issue in some obscure corner of the BIOS, where it was checked "disabled" Up and running with out a charge. It t is wonderful how enthused these fellows are about computers and that they value customer service.You will be a Happy Hamster too when you stop in. Thanks guys!
