Rude staffs!! When on our way to Koh Rong, the staff literally shouted at one of the passenger to ask her to get off the boat. And made us waited for 2 hours under hot sun during our way back from Koh Rong to Sihanoukville. Our hotel staffs already helped us to confirmed one day in advance that our boat is at 12pm and it only arrive at 2pm. We were all waited at the pier uncovered. And when the boat arrived, we still have to wait for another 15mins to let us get in.. if u wanna book this company, think twice.
