The female staff are without batting an eyelid, inadequate and inefficient and made 5 basic errors on 5 successive paperwork. Leaving makeup and grease stains on paperwork is highly unprofessional. Also they appear to be demoralised and are quite rude.
The office is a shambles to put it mildly. I wouldn't put my dog in there.
Sad atmosphere.
