I went into this dealership knowing the exact car I wanted. The salesman, Perry, acted completely uninterested in helping me.
I was offered $600 for a trade in (I ended up getting $1700 elsewhere).
I expressed what I needed/wanted and Perry printed everything out and said, "This is the check you need from the bank." with zero effort of even trying to figure out the situation.
If you commission based, and I'm sitting at your desk then I should be priority.
Got a 2015 Chevy Equinox the next day from Bill Fox with a much better experience.
