Japan in general is fantastic and staying at this hotel makes for a greater experience.

Location: it's far from Narita airport but located in a n area that is social, many English speaking locals/ lots of foreigners. The hotel is joint with a mall so restaurants, retail outlets, cafes are within the building. Should you wish to venture to bars near by, their are many to choose from and can be visited on foot.

Service: impeccable, friendly and all the positive adjectives one can think of. Do not tip anyone as this is considered rude.

Spa: Definitely visit the spa where you will also find the gym. The massages are great (facials too). Japan is known for its great products and this adds to the experience. Also, my gel nail service was done so beautifully by (Ms) Watanabe-san. She was friendly, professional and did an amazing job.

Overall: I would highly recommend staying at this Hotel if you happen to visit. You will not regret it.
