Our first instincts are usually to post negitive reviews about customer service experiences rather than take the time to congratulate, acknowledge or thank someone for their efforts. I have had the pleasure of getting to know the team over at Haakon for the past couple of years, from a separate customer service based industry. I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiencies within their organization. Some of which we are slowly implelmenting into our own organization. I also admire the their commitment to encourage continued ongoing training and employee growth within their company through internal and 3rd party training organizations. As a fellow business owner, I can appreciate the commitment they have made to their staff and I think it shows in their professionalism all around. This company is light-years ahead of your "average" HVAC company in terms of training, technologies and customer service. ***** from me!
