What can be said about a person that looks you in the eyes and tells you how he is going to do his jobs and then does it flawlessly. I can't express how impressed my wife and I were with the way Terennce and his team worked. When we had a question they had an answer, when we needed something they got it done, when they needed something they didn't hesitate to ask. The drive, attitude, professionalism and overall teamwork that he provides is 5 stars all day long. After the bad taste that was left in our mouths from going with the wrong agent in the early part of the selling season here, he came to the table with a plan and a backup. He came through in the time that we needed and with an offer above what we were asking in end of a season. I can't say enough about how he blessed us with his hard work. Thanks Terrence and TM5
