Everything was fantastic!! The staff and service was impeccable, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond; I will make sure I bring cash next time in order to tip the helpful staff who handle the luggage. The spa was wonderful and the treatment really surprised me, I did not expect it to be as good as it was as it was just a facial; I could hardly open my eyes afterwards. Food was delicious. I will be making many more visits.
The only two miniscule things I could flag up would be the bed being a little bit too hard for me personally so my back hurt a little when I woke up, and the mushroom soup was a little bit too thick. Like I said, tiny. I've stayed in many good hotels, included 5 stars, my mother as well, in Canada, America, London - This one topped them all.
