HORRIBLE customer service. There was a landslide last night (obviously beyond their control) BUT they canceled our float but never called. We drove 4 hours just to be told our reservation was cancelled. They called us yesterday (Saturday) and asked where we were when the reservation was made for Sunday. They seem very disorganized. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on duty but I could call the call center. We are very disappointed that they were not more attentive or apologetic for not calling. We understand that mistakes happen, but the girl on duty seemed like she could not care less. We won t be back.
