Rooms are very outdated and bathrooms are below standard.
Staff as usual across all ITC hotel has so we dont care attitude..even being highest most member of hotel chain staff does not bother to great at checkin checkout.
Food is average nothing outstanding worth mentioning..

I dont think will visit again..
