Bad, bad, bad. customer service is terrible, most of the staff is arrogant, rude and judgmental. Poor animals that the main interest is not focused on them, which is a real shame. I recommend you not bring your kids to this place because chances are that they end up disappointed, crying and empty handed as it happened to mine. I will buy him a puppy from pet express . I am so sorry for the puppy that just missed a chance to be with a good ,loving and carrying family .
