Mario Barros Review of Syntess Software
Have worked with syntess atrium for over two years...
Have worked with syntess atrium for over two years, unfortunately it does not meet our needs. Too many problems and limitations! Of course modules can be bought for new functions or expansion (quite expensive). But these modules cannot be used just like that without the help of an employee who comes by (also expensive). Manuals are very badly put together I think it was done consciously and despite it is a system that is used a lot in the Netherlands, there is no information available on the internet (think of YouTube films, manuals and experiences). Everything is promised, but in practice it is disappointing. Helpdesk goes from moderate to bad and would like to push for an employee to come by (at an additional cost of course). About the software itself it feels very old fashioned and is not very flexible. it often freezes, which is due to the computer according to the helpdesk. Quotations look very 1980 from adding images, PDF and so on is very limited. Mobile work order does not have an app, but requires a connection via the browser at all times, which is very difficult for the mechanics.
Syntess was also a nightmare for our flow door / credit department.
We have now switched to exactly online with the work bonaphone (outsmart) and we are very satisfied with that.
here are the pros: integration with prisjlist suppliers nothing else
minus points: expensive system, old-fashioned software, bad manual, little online information. poor / moderate help desk. criticism is not well received always depends on the user.
